Silvermere Golf & Leisure is a public golf complex in Surrey.

The Inn on the Lake maintains a large, busy kitchen providing service to a bistro and also to weddings, conferences and various events. 

We are recruiting for highly motivated and enthusiastic chefs of all levels to join the existing team in our fast-paced kitchen.

The role reports into the Head Chef and will work on a variable shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays.  The role will include preparing, cooking and serving functions and events, grill orders and other relevant tasks required in a busy kitchen.  Ideally, you will have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and an educational level to GCSE.

Based upon a 48 hour week, remuneration for the role is competitive, depending upon experience and knowledge, plus a generous, targeted bonus.
