An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the growing Catering Team at Silvermere Golf Complex.

Your past experience will have been in a fast paced environment, with multiple offerings (restaurant/pub, hospitality & events, cafe)

Responsibilities:
• Managing food production within the relevant section of the kitchen
• Implement and maintain the company’s standards for food production, development and chefs behaviours on site
• Deliver craft-based training and mentoring to the site’s junior team
