Booking the Tee

You can book tee times at anytime via the online booking system or by contacting Silvermere administration, however for competitions there are separate booking processes and you will find these in the document below:

Competitions

There are normally several competitions every week including dedicated competitions for both Senior and Lady members. We try to have a variety of formats and there are often trophies or prize vouchers to be won. Find out more about the competitions in the documents below:

Handicaps

In order to obtain a World Handicap System (WHS) handicap index a player is required to hand in three scorecards played at Silvermere (either yellow or white tees), correctly completed (Stroke play format). At least two of the cards must be signed by a current Silvermere member. The cards should be clearly marked “For Handicap” in the competition name space, have the tees played marked and be sent via WhatsApp to the Handicap Secretary. Your handicap index will be established within a week and will be emailed to you and also published on the handicap list on the notice board on the outside of the starters hut.

A full guide to the WHS can be found by clicking below.
