Who can play?

Yes, we are open to all, subject to availability 7 days a week.

No handicap certificate is required

Dress Code

Strictly no jeans, track suit bottoms or football shirts. Footwear must be golf shoes or trainers.

Booking a tee time on the golf course

You can either phone our Sales and Bookings office on 01932 584314 or you can book online.

Up to 14 days in advance by phone or online.

No you can’t book a time but you are welcome to come down and our starter will do his best to pair you with someone, or if it is quiet enough you will be able to play on your own.

Hire Clubs

Yes, but we have limited numbers so it is best to ask for these in advance.

Yes, it is not permitted to share clubs on the golf course, each player must have clubs and a bag of their own to maintain a reasonable speed of play.


Yes, but you must cancel by 4pm the day before your allotted tee time or you will be charged a no show fee.

You will be charged £10 per player unless we are able to re-sell the tee time in which case no charge will be made.

Bistro FAQs

What time does the Bistro open?


7:00am - 11:00pm daily.

Booking a table

Yes. Monday to Saturday any time for downstairs. No bookings for the Bistro taken on a Sunday only for upstairs 4 course carvery.


Do I need to pre-order?

Only for bookings over 10 – We operate an “order at the bar” service style so please bear this in mind for larger groups.

Sunday Roast Carvery

£27.95 for adults, £13.95 for children aged 3 to 12 inclusive (2 and under go free).

We have a large starter buffet consisting of a wide selection of charceuterie meats, seafood, pastas, breads and salads. For the main, we always prepare beef, along with one other choice of meat. All served with the usual trimmings and plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables. There is then a large dessert buffet of tarts, cakes and gateaux, finished off by cheese and biscuits and tea and coffee.

Yes, typically a nut roast which is also served with vegetarian gravy. Please inform a member of our team on arrival of any dietary requirements.

Please call the sales and events team on 01932 584316 to book.  A deposit of £10 per guest is required for groups of 10 or more.

Our upstairs Carvery is by reservation only and is a 4 course meal including tea and coffee. Downstairs is main course only for £13.95 per adult and £7.95 per child and is purely first come first served- no bookings are taken but you are very welcome to turn this into a 2 or 3 course meal by ordering starters and desserts from our bistro menu, which is also available right through until 10pm.

Yes, the dress code is smart casual, no jeans, trainers or hats.
