Sunday Carvery 4 Course Menu
Starter
Chef’s table of sliced charcuterie meats, selection of classic seasonal salads, mixed pates and sliced terrines, salmon with cucumber and dill, a wide range of seafood entrees with crusty bread dressings, dips and chutneys
Main
Our chef’s will carve to order a choice of two meats to include roast beef with Yorkshire puddings, selection of seasonal vegetables, classic roast potatoes and traditional gravy(Vegetarian alternative available on the day by request)
Dessert
Selection desserts to include, cakes, tarts, exotic fruit salad with lashings of cream and a large selection of English and Continental cheeses with celery, grapes and walnuts

All this for only £21.50 per adult and £11.00 per child (under the age of 12)
NB We require a £25 deposit at the time of booking or a £50 deposit for groups of 10 or more

We are passionate about the quality, variety and value of the food we serve, so our menu and service may come as something of a pleasant surprise. Our dishes are always cooked to order from fresh, tastefully crafted by our skilled team of chefs.

A relaxing afternoon spent on our heated terrace deserves a great selection of refreshments, and that’s exactly what we offer. We stock a selection of draught beers and Real Ales as well as a large selection of Wines including 9 we offer by the glass.

We really enjoy celebrating special occasions at Silvermere and we have many different ways to create just the right atmosphere for you and your special day. We have a variety of rooms to choose from that allow us to hold events for 8 to 200 people.
