I would like to mention on behalf of my colleagues and myself how valuable Tom was to us last night as there were some particularly challenging moments with our equipment and Tom helped us resolve these issues quickly and efficiently on more than one occasion. He did an amazing job of multi-tasking whilst making sure that everything was running smoothly as per the time scales set, as well as being to hand when we needed him. Tom is an asset to your venue and I would appreciate if you could also pass this email on to your team lead/manager as I feel it is important to highlight his hard work last night. And of course, yourself Jemma, as always, the success of the evening was also due to the organisation in your instructions for the evening, ensuring that all our requests were met.

Just a quick note to say thank you for all the hard work and effort from the Silvermere events team for our conference on Thursday 24th November in the Lake Suites. As ever, the set up was excellent and worked well for our requirements. I’d also like to take the opportunity to thank your catering team for the superb food. The lamb cassoulet was a big hit and I received many comments about how good it was. The mini-muffins we had in the afternoon were also excellent (but definitely were not “mini”!) All in all, another excellent day.
