Who Can Play?

Can anybody play on the golf course at Silvermere?
Yes, we are open to all, subject to availability 7 days a week.
Do I need a handicap certificate?
No handicap certificate is required.

Dress Code

What is the dress code on the golf course at Silvermere?
Strictly no jeans, track suit bottoms or football shirts. Footwear must be golf shoes or trainers.

Booking a tee time on the golf course

How can I book a tee time on the golf course?
You can either phone our Sales and Bookings office on 01932 584314 or you can book online.
How many days before can I book?
Up to 7 days in advance by phone and 14 days in advance online.
Can I book to play golf on my own?
No you can’t book a time but you are welcome to come down and our starter will do his best to pair you with someone, or if it is quiet enough you will be able to play on your own.

Hire Clubs

Do you hire golf clubs?
Yes, but we have limited numbers so it is best to ask for these in advance.
Does every person in the group need golf clubs?
Yes, it is not permitted to share clubs on the golf course, each player must have clubs and a bag of their own to maintain a reasonable speed of play.

Learn Golf

At Silvermere we want to make learning golf with your friends fun. Our group lessons allow for an informal yet productive teaching environment. However,  if you're after a more intensive introduction to the game then one of our 12 PGA Coaches can devise a course of Individual Lessons to suit you and your busy lifestyle.
