Junior Academy

Junior golf is all about learning how to play golf the fun way. Juniors can sign up for a 6 week group course consisting of :

Week 1: Irons
Week 2: Woods
Week 3: Chipping/Pitching
Week 4: Putting
Week 5: Refresher
Week 6: Test

During the 6 week course the children will be awarded points each week, to help encourage them and make targets more fun. At the end of the course the juniors will be able to redeem their points against a prize.

Points will be awarded for:

The more points the child accumulates the better the prize. The children will be given a fun wall chart, which they can take home with them. The points will be on stickers, which they can stick on their wall chart to keep track of how many points they are collecting each week.

In week 6 the juniors will complete a test, which will involve answering some questions on rules and etiquette and then a skills test. The winner will receive points and also have their name put up on the board for winner of the month. The junior with the most points for the month throughout the groups will win a trophy they can keep.
