Just a note to say a very sincere thank you to you and to all the team who made my party yesterday such a success.  Everything went really well, and the 3 girls on the day, led by Marta, couldn’t have done more to make everything go so smoothly.  They were all really helpful, hard working, charming and nothing was too much trouble for them.  All my guests were most impressed with the venue, the service and particularly with the food, and several have said it was the best venue they have been to, so hopefully they may be planning some future events with you.

Many thanks for all the work you and your fellow workers did on Friday night to ensure we had a brilliant evening.   The meal was excellent and if possible we would like to come again next year.

I just wanted to write to thank you and your staff very much for a splendidly organised function. Jennie and I were delighted with the whole day. Of course we were fantastiscally lucky with the weather – who could have predicted 27° sunshine in October? – but as well as that,  Marta and her staff were extraordinary willing and energetic and did everything possible to make things run smoothly and enjoyably – which they certainly did. Our guests were fulsome in their praise.

I just wanted to let you know  how fabulous the evening was and that the feedback from guests was that everyone seemed to really enjoy it.  The food was amazing and plentiful and I have been trying to persuade my son to hold his wedding reception in the Marquee!  I shall definitely be recommending you to people and already have been doing so.  Good luck for the future and thanks once again for all your help in organising the event.

Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for a wonderful day.  The day was enjoyed by everyone and I heard not a single criticism; you run a very slick operation.  The facilities offered are first class; service at the bar was very good.  The food was excellent, good in terms of quantity and quality; and served hot.  I was impressed with the way the food was served to each table, even the vegetarian option and children’s meals had been noted and were served to the right people at the same time.  The wine service was first class, I don’t believe I saw an empty glass except for those abstaining; my soft drink was refreshed upon my request.   The evening barbeque; again this was very good, I am only sorry more people didn’t partake, I can only assume they were still full from the earlier meal!  Nothing seemed to be too much trouble; everyone’s needs were attended too without question, even those of my three year old granddaughter!

Again thank you and your staff for a memorable day, I would happily recommend Silvermere as a venue to anyone who asked.

Thank you so much for all your help in organising our prom. The night went very smoothly and everyone complimented the venue (and especially the food!). The doormen were very helpful and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The evening was a huge success and went without a hitch due to the organisation and attendance of the Silvermere team.  The food was excellent and plentiful!

I felt I had to write and say how pleased I was with the party arrangements made for my 88th birthday.  The food, setting and staff were all marvellous. The arrangements were all made with Joanna, who was most helpful and Marta and her assistant who looked after all of us in the Waterside Suite.  I might have to do it all again in two years time!

I would like to thank you and your team last night for all their help and organisation, the canapés were excellent!
