Just a quick note to say thank you for all the hard work and effort from the Silvermere events team for our conference on Thursday 24th November in the Lake Suites.  As ever, the set up was excellent and worked well for our requirements.  I’d also like to take the opportunity to thank your catering team for the superb food.  The lamb cassoulet was a big hit and I received many comments about how good it was.    The mini-muffins we had in the afternoon were also excellent (but definitely were not “mini”!)

All in all, another excellent day.

I would just like to say how pleased we are with both Jemma and Marta as they both played key roles in ensuring that our training evening was as successful as it was on Monday evening!  We have hosted our annual training evening at your venue for a few years running now and I have to say that this year, I found the organisation on your part to have been put in place as per our instructions by these two members of staff to be first class!

It is a lot of organising on my part to begin with but Jemma and Marta have been brilliant and I think it is important for your management to know.They are both a credit to Silvermere and have been incredibly efficient and helpful and made things less stressful!

I hope that this can be noted because you have two fantastic members of staff there who have made us decide to use your venue again next year!
